Leaving Macenas tower we have a 35 minute climb to the water tower followed by 10 - 12 "punchy" hill climbs in succession before we descend the steep scree slope into the rambla where we join the other group. We lunch on the "Treasure Island" beach before following the coast road back to the tower. Great views all around. (more info)
